This character is Mu-12 from the game Blazblue, and it's because of her(er....actually it's because of Noel, she's also Noel so it doesn't make any difference :D), I bought the game Blazblue Continumm Shift , which is a great game , I recommend it to any fighting game fans out there, or previous Guilty Gear fans .
Anyway, tried some new ways of coloring, got some tips from some pros, hope you guys like it ^_^
